Born in Raised in Montebello/Monterrey Park area, Mr. Blanco attended local Our Lady of Miraculous Medal and Cantwell (pre-integration). Mr. Blanco began teaching early after his college career, while maintaining his art profession at night. He has lived in Washington, Arizona, and Hawaii but there's no place like home as he later returned back to the Los Angeles area.
