Ms. Par Miyasaki grew up in the San Gabriel Valley area and attended St. Martha's Elementary School in West Covina and continued on at Bishop Amat Memorial High School. From there, she attended University of California, Irvine where she double majored in drama and biological sciences and finished with her bachelor's degree in biology. She received her master's degree in secondary education from Grand Canyon University. Ms. Par Miyasaki taught for several years as an English as a Second Language instructor, both at the university level and for private institutions. In addition, Ms. Par Miyasaki has worked as a professional actor and is a member of Actor's Equity Association. She enjoys dancing hula and writing in her spare time.
