Dear CSHM Parents,
I would like to invite you to our annual Monte Carlo Night which will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 6:30 - 11 Midnight in the CSHM Cafeteria. The event will feature Vegas style gaming, live performances, exclusive silent auction items, and unique raffle prizes.
The Monte Carlo Night is one of the school’s required fundraisers but we hope you see this as an opportunity to enjoy a night of fun and excitement with fellow CSHM parents. We encourage you to attend and/or sell your tickets to your friends, family or co-workers. As a CSHM parent, you will not want to miss the opportunity to come home with some of the prizes available that night including a voucher for 4 parent service hours, CSHM varsity team signed memorabilia, special delivery lunch for your student, and much more!
It is estimated that the actual cost of educating your child currently is approximately $9,975.00 per student. This fundraiser helps to keep tuition costs affordable despite annual increases. With approximately 55% of the student body on financial aid, every dollar toward our fundraising goal counts.
Are you in need of last minute parent service hours? The Monte Carlo Night is a great opportunity to complete your Parent Hours. We need your help with the planning beforehand and set-up the afternoon of the event. Any donations can be dropped off in the school office. You will be credited hours for both your donations and time if you choose to do both. Here are some of the items needed: Gift certificates for restaurants, stores, services, event tickets, theme parks, and new electronics.
If you are interested in donating items or helping at the Monte Carlo Night, please feel free to call Mr. Jonathan De Leon at (323) 887-2066 extension 517 or fill out the attached pledge form. On behalf of the school’s administrators, faculty, staff, and students, we thank you in advance for your support of CSHM.
Sincerely with the Grace of God,
Please note: The Parent Contract states that they are required to purchase
two (2) $30.00 tickets or $60.00 per family.
A $60 fee will be added to accounts who do not submit ticket sales.
