COVID-19 Resources

The following materials have been provided to outline our COVID-19 response.  If you have any questions regarding the current COVID-19 protocols, please contact the front office directly.  For general information regarding COVID-19, please visit the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.

 

If your child is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please DO NOT send them to school.  Call the front office at extension 515 or 527, or send an email to [email protected].  If your child tests positive for COVID-19, please send an email to Mrs. Mercuri at gmercuri@cshm.org.  You will be contacted with further instructions. 

 

Common COVID-19 Symptoms:  Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea
