ATHLETICS CLEARANCE
REQUIREMENTS
All CSHM students who are interested in participating in athletics are required to register and upload a current physical exam through the homecampus.com website. The Home Campus button link will connect you to homecampus.com/login, there is a YouTube video below that will guide you through a step by step process of the clearance procedures. Students are required to register on homecampus.com/login only once. Students are required yearly to select the sport/s in which they would like to participate, and upload a current physical exam to the homecampus.com website.
