OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The CSHM Theatre Arts Program is a college preparatory theatre program dedicated to celebrating self-expression and creativity in life and on the stage. We are devoted to providing our students with professional theatre experiences in every aspect so that they may utilize their talents and skills to their full potential. Our student thespians strive to create inspirational and significant pieces of art work to share with their peers and local community. Our theatre thrives on discipline, dedication, and passion. We challenge our students to bring these three things to the stage to build strength in character and to nurture their individuality mentally, artistically, and spiritually.

Our theatre department is proudly a part of a larger theatre family- The International Thespian Society.
Along with other high schools around the the world, we have created a home for our very own thespian society-

Troupe #6561.
Troupe members must be invited and inducted based on their excellent contribution to our theatre department. Students earn points while participating in our theatre events & classes giving them a chance to become thespian members, honor thespian members or international thespian members.
Thespians participate in leadership events, festivals and other theatre inspired fun.
