Beginning in February, CSHM, in collaboration with ELAC, will be offering Child Growth and Development, a 3 unit college level class. This is an introductory course that examines major physical, psychosocial, and cognitive/language developmental milestones for children. This college level course is offered free of charge on the CSHM campus. Admission to the class is on a first come-first served basis. For additional information, please see the attached flyer.
This semester CSHM is offering Communication 101 (COMM 101), beginning on Thursday, Sept. 12th. This is a college level course that helps students build confidence in delivering oral presentations, acquaints students with sources of speech materials, and develops listening through speech analysis. Specific training is offered in effective speech composition and delivery. This college credit course is offered at no cost to CSHM students. Credits (3) received from this course are transferable to any four year college or university. Interested students please see Ms. Sandoval or Mrs. Chambers.
