Sister Charlene's life was devoted to Catholic education, particularly in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. She was a highly regarded science and math teacher for many years, educating thousands of students throughout the decades before she and Sister Rose Marie retired recently. She was devoted as well, to her dear friend and fellow Religious, Sister Rose Marie Wilson who is deeply saddened and mourning her loss this morning.
